After it says “Please be aware of the giveaway rules”, you should see the contest app which shows the tiles. Can you confirm how you’re viewing the blog post? Laptop, mobile, etc… It’s possible you might need to update your browser to view the contest properly.
Yes, you need to be able to click on the daily tile (like today with the Chapter’s Indigo tile in the #1 slot) to complete the entry form to be entered to win.

Nothing has changed. Is this once you’ve completed the form or you don’t even reach a form page? Can you tell us what kind of device you’re on? Trying scrolling up and down on the page on your device when you see the blank page. This can be due to the calendar page being very long and the form page being short, you might often have to scroll to find the form page. Let us know if that helps!

I have only been able to submit an entry a few days ago. I go to https://www.rakuten.ca/blog/cashbackcrazy-giveaways/, click on the designated tile and a blank page loads (showing the same URL as previously mentioned). I have tried on multiple computers and multiple browsers. It does work on my phone but I prefer to use a computer. Others may not have a phone on which to enter.
