I also had trouble with the birthdate field, but when I swapped the month and day around it worked. I think they just had it set up wrong. However, I can’t get 2 of the videos to play, so I can’t get those entries (What to buy in January, and Top Ten Products of 2017).

I also experienced issues with entering my DOB. It required 3 tries to get it to accept my data. It may have been easier if there had been 2 “/” pre entered on the form for birth date. It seemed like the form was expecting spaces as well as the forward slashes
